Moody’s Leaves France at Aa3 With a Negative Outlook as Debt Heads Past 120% of GDP
The agency completed its periodic review on Friday without a rating action, leaving France a grade above the A+ ratings at its peers — and warning that debt will exceed 120% of GDP in 2027 without a sustained fiscal effort.

Third-quarter product revenue rose 4.7% year over year to $405.1 million, adjusted EBITDA margin narrowed to 11.1% from 12.7%, and the October guidance range folds in Modine Performance Technologies from October 1.
